As pandemic restrictions ease our lobby door is open for patient appointments and picking up nutritional supplements. We encourage patients to order supplements in advance so they are ready when you arrive. Dr Fenske will continue to offer Functional Medicine consultations via telephone or video as well as in person.
DIRECTIONS
Fenske Holistic Healthcare Center LLC is located in downtown Middleton, Wisconsin just off the Beltline (Hwy 12/14).
From Madison: take University Ave. west and take a left (south) on Parmenter St. in downtown Middleton. Go three blocks and take a right on Terrace Ave. We are located part-way down the block, on the right, in a single-story stone building. Parking lots are available on both sides of the building. Feel free to use the spots reserved for Dr Fenske’s patients or any spots not otherwise reserved. Free street parking is also available, but currently nearby construction is limiting availability.
From the Beltline (Hwy 12/14): coming from either direction take EXIT 251A to University Ave. Don’t be confused by the signs that say Hwy 14 West, at the bottom of the exit you will have the chance to turn east (toward Madison) on University Ave. Follow University Ave east a very short distance and turn right (south) on Parmenter St. Go three blocks and take a right on Terrace Ave. We are located part-way down the block, on the right, in a single-story stone building.
